What we do
Putting Words into Action: How We Promote Diversity in Higher Education and Advance Social Justice
As a company with a foundation in education, we see first-hand how education opens doors, creates opportunities, and advances us as a people. Those doors and opportunities, however, should be open and available to all who seek to advance through higher learning. Learn more about our multi-million dollar commitment to promote diversity and advance social justice with organizations like Thurgood Marshall College Fund, Hispanic Association of Colleges and Universities, Point Foundation, the National Urban League, and Know Your Rights Camp.
We’re helping to create a better world
Giving back to our communities where we live, work, and serve is part of who we are. We work directly with various non-profits to help students, families, and neighbors in need.
We make a difference through volunteering
Whether it’s teaching children, cleaning up the environment, or packaging meals for families, our team members help build stronger, more resilient communities through their volunteer efforts. We provide six days/year of PTO specifically for volunteering.
In 2020, despite the constraints of the pandemic, our team members volunteered more than 860 hours and contributed more than $61,000 through the company’s matching gift program to charitable organizations across the country.
